Sent this way by knightmusic and so glad I was! this was one of those fics that just works-- I can see this scene happening, just this way, and it makes my chest ache in the loveliest way. It's not often that I think about what good friends these two are, but this just really drives it home. WONDERFUL job!! (And I'm still giggling over the face I can SEE Grissom making when cath talks about his dick. Priceless!)
